That is why Aspersteel has established a transparent and flexible delivery and payment system that operates globally. Regardless of order volume or destination country, you receive your metal quickly, safely, and with full control at every stage.

Delivery Geography

The company supplies rolled steel products to over 20 countries in Europe, Asia, and other regions of the world. The majority of shipments are delivered to EU countries (Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria). Thanks to our well-established logistics network, we deliver products to both major industrial centers and remote regions – quickly and with minimal risk of delays or damage.

Delivery Options and Terms

All shipments are carried out strictly in accordance with Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP, DDP, and others). The minimum order quantity is 50 kg (depending on the product type). We work exclusively with trusted international carriers and our own partners, which guarantees the safety of the cargo and on-time delivery.

Road Transport

The most popular option for European countries.

Advantages:

fast delivery (3-7 days within Europe);
flexible routes – door-to-door delivery is available;
direct delivery to the customer’s warehouse;
convenient loading and unloading.

Suitable for those who need fast delivery at an optimal price.

Rail transport

The ideal solution for large shipments over long distances (500 km and more). It allows you to save on the transportation of bulky cargo and ensures high reliability.

Sea freight

A good option for international shipments of large volumes (20 tons or more). We use containers and conventional shipping via ports in Europe and Asia. The most cost-effective method for long-distance destinations.

Air freight

This method is available for urgent orders of small shipments (up to 500 kg). Shipments are made to any destination worldwide. This method is used when delivery speed is more important than the cost.

Self-Pickup

Customers can pick up their order directly from the company’s warehouse. Pickup is arranged in advance with your account manager. We will prepare all necessary documents and assist with loading.

Delivery Times and Costs

Delivery times are calculated on a case-by-case basis. They depend on:

the destination country;
the selected mode of transport;
the volume and weight of the order.

On average, deliveries to Europe by road typically take within 3-10 days. By rail, delivery takes 7-18 days; by sea, 18-35 days; and by air, 1-4 days.

The cost is also calculated individually based on the same criteria. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy cargo, urgent shipments, or special packaging. We always offer several options so you can choose the most cost-effective one.

Customs Clearance and Taxes

For all international shipments, we provide a complete set of documents:

commercial invoice;
packing list;
certificates of quality and origin;
declarations of conformity.

Our specialists assist with customs clearance on both the sender’s and recipient’s sides (when working under DDP terms). You save time and avoid unexpected costs for duties and taxes.

Order Processing, Picking, and Shipping

Order processing takes just 1-3 business days. Once payment and documents are confirmed, we begin preparation immediately. This includes:

quality control and verification of compliance with specifications;
picking and cutting to your specifications (if necessary);
professional packaging;
preparation of a complete set of accompanying documents;
arrangement of transportation and handover to the carrier.

Customers receive real-time status updates at every stage.

Packaging

We use only reliable materials to ensure the metal arrives in perfect condition even after a long sea voyage:

EPAL standard Euro pallets;
protective stretch film and moisture-resistant paper;
metal strapping and fasteners;
wooden crating and protective corner guards (if necessary).

Each unit is labeled, and large shipments are additionally secured for safe transport.

Payment Terms and Methods

We offer the most convenient and secure payment methods:

bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT);
payment by Visa / MasterCard;
PayPal (upon prior request).

Deferred payment is available for regular customers (up to 30 days). We operate both with and without VAT (export). All terms are specified in the contract and are fully transparent.

Order Tracking

Immediately after shipment, you will receive a tracking number and full access to shipment tracking. Your personal account manager will keep you informed at every stage: from order fulfillment to arrival at the warehouse. If necessary, we provide photo and video updates on shipment condition.

Receiving and Inspecting Your Order

You can receive your goods in several ways:

at your warehouse (via road or air transport);
at the port of destination (via sea transport);
pickup from the Aspersteel warehouse.

Upon receipt, you can inspect the quality and quantity. If you have any questions, our specialists will promptly resolve them on-site or remotely. We guarantee :If any issues arise, we will resolve them at our expense.
