The main components of the material are iron , with a share of up to 40.7%, as well as nickel, which accounts for up to 37%. Precision alloys also contain silicon, carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, titanium, molybdenum and chromium, which provide high performance steel.
Special properties
In addition to high elasticity, 36NKhTYu8m stainless steel stands out for its impressive resistance to corrosion damage and the ability to maintain the original shape of blanks and finished products when used at high temperatures, which can reach 400 degrees.
Steel is a precipitation hardening non-magnetic material with a tensile strength index of 1375-1960 MN/m2, with a modulus of normal elasticity from 196000 to 216000 MN/m2.
The alloy is sold in the form of a high-precision shaped profile, cold-rolled and cold-drawn wire, cold-rolled strip.
Applications
Heat-resistant 36NKhTYu8m is used in the production of elastic and elastic-sensitive elements of mechanisms and devices moats operating at high temperatures.
