The bronze alloy CuAl10Ni5Fe4, also known as CA104, is a nickel-aluminum bronze characterized by high strength, excellent corrosion and erosion resistance, especially in marine environments.

Chemical Composition (percentage):

• Aluminum (Al): 8.5–11.0
• Iron (Fe): 4.0–5.5
• Nickel (Ni): 4.0–5.5
• Copper (Cu): remainder

Mechanical Properties:

• Yield Strength (0.2%): 420–500 MPa
• Tensile Strength: 720–820 MPa
• Elongation: 15–25%
• Hardness (HV): 200–240

Physical Properties:

• Density: 7.6–7.7 g/cm³
• Melting Temperature: 1030–1050°C
• Elastic Modulus: 124 GPa

Applications:

Due to its properties, CuAl10Ni5Fe4 is widely used in the following industries:
