Steel circle 1.2436 / X12V / X210CrW12-1 is a high-carbon chromium tool steel with excellent wear resistance and strength. This alloy is widely used in the production of cutting tools and dies.

Chemical Composition

• C (Carbon): 2.00-2.30%
• Si (Silicon): ≤ 0.40%
• Mn (Manganese): ≤ 0.40%
• P (Phosphorus): ≤ 0.030%
• S (Sulfur): ≤ 0.030%
• Cr (Chromium): 11.00-12.50%
• W (Tungsten): 0.70-1.40%

Mechanical Properties

• Tensile Strength (MPa): 800-1000
• Hardness (Brinell): 58-64 HRC
• Plasticity (%): 5-8
