Steel circle 1.4923 is a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel used in extreme conditions with high temperatures and mechanical loads. It provides excellent wear resistance and long service life.
Technical Characteristics
This steel has a hardness range of 220–260 HB in the supplied condition, a yield strength of at least 500 MPa, and a tensile strength ranging from 750 to 950 MPa. The elongation is at least 20%, and the impact toughness exceeds 40 J. The material’s operating temperature reaches up to 600°C.
Chemical Composition
The composition includes carbon (0.18-0.25%), silicon (up to 1.00%), manganese (up to 1.00%), chromium (11.00-12.50%), molybdenum (0.80-1.20%), vanadium (0.20-0.50%), phosphorus (up to 0.030%), and sulfur (up to 0.025%).
