Alloy Vicalloy II is a hard magnetic alloy composed primarily of cobalt, iron, and vanadium. Compared to Vicalloy I, it offers improved ductility and formability, making it more suitable for components requiring complex shapes or fine wire forms. Vicalloy II maintains high coercivity and good residual magnetism while offering excellent mechanical workability.
It is commonly used in the production of permanent magnets and magnetic actuators in precision electromechanical systems.
