Steel 27KH is a magnetically soft precision alloy, distinguished by significant induction in an average and strong field, with an index of 24 kgf.
The basis of the material is cobalt, nickel and iron.
Special properties
The alloy has a higher, than other types of steels, the Curie temperature, which corresponds to 950 degrees, increased mechanical properties, resistance to constant significant loads in difficult operating conditions, good magnetic permeability, which allows alloy products to be magnetized in a fairly weak field.
It is possible to give the necessary shape to a product made of 27KH by heat treatment in a special furnace, forging or rolling.
Stainless steel, the price of which is available for wide use, is supplied in the form of cold-rolled th strip, hot-rolled or forged bar, cold-rolled sheet, pipe.
Applications
Affordable stainless steel price per sheet or pipe, and also their unique properties of the alloy make it in demand in the production of stators and rotors of electrical machines, electronics, computer equipment memory elements, magnetic circuits, and so on.
