High-strength structural steel alform® 900 x-treme is a thermomechanically rolled sheet with outstanding mechanical properties. This innovative material combines exceptionally high strength with excellent ductility and remarkable workability.

Technical Specifications

alform® 900 x-treme steel is produced using a unique thermomechanical rolling process with controlled cooling, ensuring structural uniformity and consistent properties throughout the sheet thickness. The material is characterized by a fine-grained structure that contributes to its high strength and excellent weldability.

The material is delivered in shot-blasted and primed condition. Upon customer request, plasma cutting to specified dimensions is available. For optimal welding results, preheating is recommended based on sheet thickness.
