In this section, A-Sintez offers you a high-quality product that is in demand on the market. Heat-resistant stainless steel 1.4718 (other marking – 40X9C2) belongs to the martensitic class and has excellent performance characteristics, which allows it to be used to solve a wide range of tasks.
With a density of 7.63 g/cm3, heat resistant 1.4718 stainless steel has a tendency to become brittle under certain conditions, which must be taken into account. There are limitations associated with the use of steel of this grade in welded structures.
At the same time, heat-resistant stainless steel is quite versatile and is used in the most harsh and intense conditions while maintaining physical characteristics and mechanical integrity at temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius.
Usage
Stainless steel and rolled products based on it can be used to produce:
fastener details;
stop valves;
valves for automobile and aircraft engines;
elements, nodes and blocks of engines of special, road and agricultural machinery;
· tubes of heat recovery equipment;
parts of heat exchangers;
