Polymer-coated galvanized steel

Polymer-coated galvanized steel is a multi-layer structure based on a steel sheet with a thickness of 0.28 to 1 mm . On both sides, zinc and a passivating layer are applied to it, which provide steel with protection against corrosion and prevent early wear, and a primer. Then the galvanized sheet steel is coated with a special paint or varnish, on the inside, and with a polymer, on the outside. It is the polymer that determines the attractive appearance and color of the material.

Features of the material

Polyester or polyester, polyvinyl chloride or plastisol are used to form the outer layer , polyurethane, epoxy resin, which largely determine the high performance properties of the material:
